Trasportatore meccanico (manovia) a carrelli destinato al reparto di preparazione e giunteria della tomaia.
La manovia GDM mod. CONV/G BASIC, modulare, di lunghezza variabile a richiesta, a seconda delle necessità produttive, è dotata di un gruppo moto/riduttore/variatore elettrico cuore della macchina e di un quadro elettrico dal quale, mediante un variatore elettronico, si gestisce la velocità di produzione e il senso di rotazione della catena.
Nella versione ”BASIC” la macchina è accessoriata con un display touch screen da 7” sul quale, grazie ad un plc ed un software opportunamente programmato, è possibile visualizzare alcune informazioni utili al processo produttivo delle tomaie:
- tempo di trascorrenza tra un carrello e il successivo
- conteggio dei carrelli transitati nell’arco di un determinato tempo
- calcolo delle paia di tomaie prodotte
- calcolo del tempo di fermo macchina utile a determinale le perdite produttive
La macchina è disponibile nella versione CE ed EXTRA CE.

Conveyor GDM mod.CONV/G BASIC, modular, variable length on request, according to production necessity, it is equipped with a motor / reducer / electric variator, heart of the machine and of an electric panel from which, by an electronic variator, you can variate the production speed and the direction of chain rotation.
In the ” BASIC” version the machine is accessorized with a 7 ” touch screen display on which, thanks to a plc and a properly programmed software, it is possible to display some useful information to the production process of the upper:
- transfer time between a trolley and the next
- counting of trolleys transferred in the arch of a certain time
- calculation of the pairs of upper products
- the calculation of the stopping time determinal useful production losses
The machine is available in the CE and EXTRA CE version.
